Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Duties:
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis on digital design, photography, and video production.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom).
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage content for website, blog, and social media platforms
- Utilize WordPress to update and maintain website content
- Analyze data from analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product management team to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and performance marketing strategies
- Proficient in market research techniques and data analysis
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
- Familiarity with WordPress for website content management
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Knowledge of product management principles is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes
